We are seeking a nonchalant Human Resources intern to party with our team at Alchemist Capital. If you are driven by accomplishing missions and adamant about doing a job well done, we are the perfect home for you. This unpaid position comes with a flexible schedule and you are in control of your commitment level to gain intense experience in the field of HR whilst making a meaningful contribution to our organisation.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings and candidate screening
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining employee files and documentation
  • Support HR management with administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with organizing and planning employee events and initiatives
  • Coordinate onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications we seek:

  • No previous experience is necessary
  • Open to aspiring applicants outside of HR studies and background
  • We seek a creative mind for ideas on innovating current processes and developing best practices on the fly
  • We require consistent diligent effort put in to ensure no balls are dropped amongst the pool of work requested by management
  • Someone who is able to keep up with internal comms and respond in a professional timely manner
