Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the construction management team throughout the entire project life cycle, from planning to completion.
  • Participate in site visits to gain practical exposure to construction procedures, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support project scheduling, cost estimation, and budget tracking efforts.
  • Contribute to project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
  • Assist in identifying potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
  • Learn and utilize construction management software tools to optimize project efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program related to Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • A strong passion for the construction industry, coupled with a desire to learn and advance within it.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A basic understanding of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Problem-solving mindset with acute attention to detail.
  • Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
