Key Responsibilities - Supervisor:

  • QA and supervision of the production line, including working on the line.
  • Supporting management with training, staff recruitment, retention, warehouse logistics and health & safety

Work Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Experience in recruitment and training desirable

Key Responsibilities - Operator/Warehouse Assistant:

  • Bottling, capping, and labeling products as per production schedules.
  • Assembling packaging, packing products, and palletizing.
  • Ensuring the production of all product elements meets high standards.
  • Maintaining general housekeeping.

Work Experience and Skills:

  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and volume management skills

You Will:

  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail.
  • Possess good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and reliability.
  • Be physically fit for manual handling of up to 15kg.
  • Be available for an immediate start.
