About the job

We have an opportunity for somebody to join our Chadstone team, where you will work on all of our sites, learning a very broad range of horticultural operations, including mowing and turf care, pruning, pest & disease management, weed management, irrigation, planting and garden development, indoor plants and soft landscaping.

• The position works with all of our qualified gardeners and other apprentices on a rotational roster, providing great variation in the work you do and the people you work with.
• Working Monday to Friday 6.30 am - 3.00 pm, including 1 day at TAFE to work through your Parks & Gardens Certificate 3 qualification.
• We also run an internal training program to complement your TAFE training, where we focus on safety and more direct operational skills that aren't necessarily covered in your formal TAFE training.
• All uniforms and PPE are provided.
