As a Client Services Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. Responsibilities include:

• Managing client expectations and understanding their individual needs.
• Tracking project progress and coordinating documentation.
• Assisting internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
