Your role
Here's a snapshot of your day:
To provide exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the continued growth and success
Issue purchase orders for call-outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials etc
Ensure the use of preferred suppliers is maximised and best practice is in place
Facilitate payment processing
Assist Facilities Management team and Regional Finance Manager with client financial queries and reporting including month-end activities, budgets and forecasts and ensure accuracy in reporting and internal reporting requirements are met.
Create POs in CBRE in-house systems and maintain records to ensure this is managed pro-actively
Ensure integrity of financial transactions for contract
Initiate and coordinate onboarding and departure processes for third-party contractors
Provide other administrative support to the management team when required with tasks relating to Vendor Management, Projects, Budgets and Financials

About you
Skills in need:
Excellent customer service relationship and communication skills
Experience in AP/AR in the property industry or graduate in Accounting and/or Finance is advantageous
Experience using JD Edwards and Coupa would be desirable but is not essential.
Preferable prior experience in property or hospitality services
Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
