Position Description

• To support the implementation of a high-quality, developmentally appropriate, play-based educational program for children, with a commitment to the active involvement of families and the local community.

About you

• CSIROCare is looking for a dedicated person to join their community-based early learning service in Clayton.
• Delivery of high-quality programs, empathy, resilience, good communication, a desire to work in a collaborative team environment, and the ability to participate in the creation of a positive team culture is a must.
• Specific knowledge and understanding of issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families, particularly in the early years sector are desirable.
• Preferred candidates will be flexible to work shifts with varying start and finish times during the centres operating hours (7:30-6 pm Monday to Friday).
