What does our Graduate Program include?
Joining our Supply & Manufacturing Graduate program is the spark to start to your career in the manufacturing industry, working with exceptional local and global industry leaders across a 2 year rotational program. Our Supply Graduates are shaping the performance of our business today and into the future to ensure we can produce and deliver Australia’s most loved and celebrated brands. From Day One, you’ll be immersed in our world class Supply Chain, building relationships across the business and with key suppliers, both in Australia and globally, to deeply understand the magic and science behind creating and producing our portfolio.
Throughout the program, you’ll have a combination of formal training with a global leadership curriculum, mentoring and coaching from respected colleagues and, most importantly, real world, on-the-job experience. From the beginning, you’ll be working on projects that will foster your natural curiosity and ambition. You’ll be able to make a real contribution to the business while building a global network of relationships that will support your career, both now and long into the future.
What will you bring to the table?
We want you to come as you are, and we have no requirement for any formal employment experience to join our graduate program. What we are more interested in is understanding your innate strengths and passions and how we can foster these with you, to help you unlock and discover your best self.
Have a degree in Engineering or Supply Chain? We want to hear from you! Our commercial graduate program is open to recent graduates across any subset degree within Engineering or Supply Chain within the last two years.
