Your role
- The Centre Experience Officer is the front-facing role for clients and visitors attending and phoning the center.
- They are responsible for the provision of reception and client services, interacting with the internal and external. community, and dealing with confidential and sensitive issues and documentation.
- The Centre Experience Officer also assists with events, room management, social media management, and fielding inquiries.
- They will be required to develop a reasonable level of understanding of the operations of the centre and its key stakeholders.
