We are a boutique Managed service provider based in Port Melbourne. We are looking for a extra team member who will fit in with our team. The current role we need to fill is a level 1 helpdesk to assist with phone calls and tickets, with the plan that this person will also be able to attend site for general IT requests. Based on this we require the applicant to have a Victorian drivers license, and hopeful their own car to travel to jobs.
We have a laid back office but we work hard. We love some banter and enjoy having a laugh at each others expense. Would love a graduate person who is passionate to learn and who already has the ability to have rapport with our customers and vendors straight away. We can teach the IT component of work to anyone as long as they are passionate, but being able to communicate and talk is something the applicant will have to bring.
We have flexibility with working from home so please discuss that. At this stage is 3 - 4 days in the office each week, but additional onsite work will have a large variety of different jobs. Most of our onsite work is East Melbourne suburbs so our preference is to have someone apply who is on the east side of melbourne in order to make travel easier.
