About You

Guardian Network is the place for you if you:

• Have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent or above, or are working towards this qualification
• Are committed to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement
• Have a current driver’s licence and vehicle
• Thrive in a team and also appreciate one-to-one interaction
• First Aid Certification is preferred
• Have a current Working with Children’s Check
• Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
• Experience in aged care is preferred and the ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded
• •All support workers are required to wear PPE when attending to customers. In addition, Support Workers are required to complete COVID-19 screening questions before entering the customers’ homes.
