The role as a PCA will you to;
- Have the ability to relate and communicate easily and create healthy connections with our residents
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have the ability to work independently and be proactive
- Have a friendly and professional attitude
- Support our residents with daily living tasks (ie showering/grooming, meal service, etc.)
- Experience in aged care preferable
- A current police check, COVID and Flu vaccinations
