Your role

The Management Development Program (MDP) is a two-year rotational program for graduates from all backgrounds, aimed to develop the future management of their business. With on-the-job learnings across their main operations, you will work alongside some of the most experienced & talented people in the construction industry. The program allows graduates to gain "hands-on" and practical exposure to different parts of the business, as well as experience living and working in various metro and country locations across Australia.

This is a General Management Program that develops balanced leaders who will take on full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility for significant parts of the business. 

With guidance from a manager, you will be given all the responsibility you can handle to ensure you can contribute and make a difference from Day One.

Compensation & benefits

To ensure you're fully supported as you start the MDP, they'll also provide you with:

A package totalling approximately AUD 92,000 that includes:

  • A starting salary of AUD 67,500 plus superannuation

Training, development & rotations

Through Hanson's Management Development Program (MDP), graduates complete challenging projects in various business areas, receive mentorship from senior managers, and rotate through different operational and support roles across Australia. This structured approach ensures comprehensive professional growth and development.
