  • Homeward Bound is a global leadership initiative dedicated to supporting women and non-binary individuals with a background STEMM with our groundbreaking leadership program. Our mission is to equip these leaders with the skills to influence and drive sustainable change for our planet's future. We’re on a transformational journey, and we need dynamic, innovative thinkers like you to help tell our story.

What You’ll Do:

  • As a Social Media Intern, you’ll play a key role in driving our digital presence and engaging with our global community. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Content Curation: Craft engaging, innovative and inspiring posts that reflect our purpose and resonate with a diverse range of audiences.
  • Video and Photo Editing: Bring content to life by editing videos and photos that capture the essence of our initiative and its impact.
  • Community Engagement: Support the management of our vibrant online community, responding to inquiries, and encouraging positive, meaningful interaction.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our small team and CEO to brainstorm and implement new ideas that inspire and excite our followers.

What You Bring:

  • A passion for social media and creating engaging content for diverse audiences
  • Experience with photo and video editing tools (such as Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills and the ability to work in a team
  • A keen interest in sustainability as well as supporting women and non-binary leaders on a global stage.
  • A proactive and creative mindset, eager to learn and contribute
