Job Description:

Ian McEwan Designs P/L, a well-established boutique architectural firm with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Part-time Documentation Assistant. This role involves supporting current projects and will require initial training at our office, approximately 1 day per week during November to become familiar with our processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the documentation of ongoing projects.
• Attend training sessions to gain process familiarity.
• Utilize software, including Word, Excel, and AutoCAD, as needed.
• Any experience in the building industry (e.g., estimating, building renovation) is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and a working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Prior experience in the building industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
