The Role:

Key responsibilities of the program leader role:
Provide leadership and support to a fantastic team of Educators.
Develop and implement a diverse and stimulating program, that matches the needs of the children within your care.
Encourage and maintain an outstanding quality standard throughout the service.
Assist in establishing daily routines and create appropriate limits and boundaries for children to encourage positive behaviour.
Become part of the school community by building solid, positive relationships with school leaders and families/carers.
What you need to succeed at Kingston OSHC:
A Bachelor of Education is desirable but not essential. A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (All approved qualifications can be found on the AECQA website - IF YOU ARE STUDYING AN APPROVED COURSE YOU CAN WORK WITH US!!)
Experience leading an Outside School Hours Program
Exceptional Leadership skills and experience in Leading teams of Educators
Sound knowledge of My Time, Our Place and the National Quality Standards
Effective communication skills
