We are looking for a dynamic assembly test operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for working on the assembly line and producing our product based on specific processes and instructions.

Major Responsibilities

  • Follow health and safety standards.
  • Be part of a team to produce finished products on the assembly line according to controlled processes, instructions, and/or schematics.
  • Finalising and packaging products for shipment.
  • Operate production line equipment and identify any maintenance required.
  • Contribute to a clean and well organized work area.
  • Inspect raw materials and assembled products and report any faults or defects.
  • Report incidents, adverse events, or process issues on the assembly line to management.
  • Assist in the provision of on-the-job training.
  • Responsible for assuring the quality of his/her own work.
  • Ensure accurate entry of assembly and test data into Device History File (DHF) records.
  • Accurately complete cell operator timesheets.
  • Update, maintain and present +QDIP cell visual management reporting charts.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Education, Experience, Skills

  • At least 2 years experience in an assembly line manufacturing environment following detailed instructions, preferably medical device manufacturing.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
