Assist in the preparation and implementation of small-scale landscape construction projects as part of the learning process.
Pest and Disease Management:
Learn to identify common garden pests and diseases, and assist in implementing control measures to maintain plant health.
Groundskeeping:
Participate in the general upkeep of commercial properties, including cleaning pathways, removing debris, and ensuring a tidy and professional appearance.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Learning and Development:
Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Living Landscapes to enhance gardening skills and knowledge.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the maintenance crew and other staff members to complete projects and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Customer Interaction:
