About the Role

Through our structured development program and ability to draw on knowledge throughout the McCorkell Brown Group, we will provide the framework for your career to develop into a Site Supervisor or Site Manager with the support of our senior staff.

The role is an entry-level position, with the intention of becoming a Site Supervisor or Site Manager. Your speed of progression is entirely up to your commitment to the program and willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will ideally be a:

• Diploma in Building and Construction student, or have recently completed their course
• Aiming at a career in a Site Manager role
