Our Opportunity

Join our dynamic Engineering Team as a Maintenance Fitter (/Electrician/Mechatronics Technician) at our Scoresby and Springvale locations. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Operations and Quality Teams, playing a key part in maintaining our high standards in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this full-time (38hr per week) & ongoing position offers a chance to make a tangible impact on the quality and safety of our products!

The Quality Ingredients for Success!

There are a few essential qualities that we need and look for in this role:

• Trade cert qualification – Fitter
• Minor fabrication & solid mechanical experience.
• Inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical components
• Industrial maintenance & practical experience in hydraulics & pneumatics.
• Support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Calibrations Program
• Manage spares inventory

Who are you?

To be considered for this position, it is essential:

• Current Driver's License (Forklift license is nice to have)
• Attention to detail and precision in your work
• Reliable and punctual
• Demonstrate a solid awareness of WHS&E practices
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• A positive attitude
• Able to pass medical assessment and police clearance
