About the role

MinRes is a leading mining services company with a growing world-class portfolio of lithium and iron ore operations across Western Australia.

Please note that our head office is based in Perth, and this Graduate Program is only available to applicants based in Western Australia or those willing to relocate to WA to participate.

About you

Are you hardworking, adaptable, personable, open minded and do you have a strong work ethic? Then MinRes is for you! 

To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, youโ€™ll need to:

  • Be in your final study year or have graduated from a recognised university within the past two years
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or have full working rights at the time of application
  • Be available to start with MinRes full time at the end of February 2024
  • Ideally have demonstrated work experience in your relevant discipline
  • Be prepared to work in various locations in a FIFO capacity as required

It would be great if youโ€™ve completed a vacation program in the mining and resources sector but itโ€™s not essential.
