The Program

Our Discover ME program is designed to provide pre-penultimate law students an opportunity to discover what it is like to work at MinterEllison.  During the program you will learn more about our practice groups, the way we work and our people.  You will also be connected with one of our lawyers, who has recently made the transition from law school to law firm, with the goal of fostering your professional development.

What we are looking for

The program is open to all pre-penultimate law students. We are looking for students who are interested in exploring the opportunity of working in a commercial law firm at the end of their studies.

What we offer

Discover ME will run from early to late April 2025. You will be invited to attend three sessions at our offices during this time, through which you will gain insight into our practice groups and how our firm operates. 

Successful applicants will be matched with a MinterEllison Lawyer (Mentor) and have the opportunity to develop their relationship.

Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to connect with our people and discover what it is really like to have a career in commercial law with us. In addition to meeting our legal staff, you will also meet our Early Careers team and develop a strong understanding of our clerkship recruitment processes and graduate program.
