Culture first! 100% of team members recommend MOIRA as a great place to work

Congratulations! You’re about to graduate – all that hard work and effort has paid off.

Now it’s time to find a job with an organisation that gets you and your profession - and is committed to working with you on the next part of your OT journey.

At MOIRA we take a culture-first approach – we focus first on our team members so that we are best able to deliver on our vision that people choose what creates their best future.

In fact 100% of MOIRA team members would recommend MOIRA as a great place to work. And 96% of team members believe that MOIRA motivates them to go beyond what they would in a similar role.

That’s something that we’re proud of, and we work hard on every day.

We know that as an OT you help other people reach their goals. At MOIRA, we’ll help you to reach yours.

What we offer:

  • OT Accelerate – a comprehensive graduate program focusing on the three core elements of professional expertise, personal development and your ongoing career
  • Attractive salary and salary packaging benefits - annual salary of $70,000 (inclusive of super) + up to $7000 through salary packaging
  • Tools of the trade to keep you connected and effective – this includes a laptop and mobile phone
  • Generous learning allowance of $1000 towards your CPD of choice as part of your working hours.
  • Flexible working arrangements for all roles including hybrid and Everyday Flex
  • Support & mentorship - we want you to be amazing and we provide supervision, reflective practice, OT mentors and organisational buddies to help you bring out your best
  • Achievable KPIs with a focus on workload over caseload, diverse customer base and opportunities to work both within and beyond the NDIS
  • Partnership with South Yarra Spine and Sports Medicine clinic for even greater opportunities to expand your OT experience
  • Employee Assistance Program for you and your immediate family members
  • Ongoing training and career development - opportunities for professional and personal development, including opportunities to mentor other OTs. We also reimburse 50% of your AHPRA registration fee.
  • An innovative, values-driven working culture - 96% of our team members believe that MOIRA motivates them to go beyond what they would in a similar role.
  • MOIRA Fit - our comprehensive Health and Wellbeing Program.
  • Access to a range of MOIRA perks and benefits, including the super-charge (your Super) scheme, Accelerate and Picasso leadership programs, and Health and Wellbeing Leave.
  • MOIRA is committed to environmental sustainability and is proudly carbon neutral. This year we extended our carbon offset to include emissions from our team members working from home and commuting to work.

Every day is different, but as a new graduate your role will include:

  • Ongoing clinical supervision from an OT mentor, aligned with your needs. We offer weekly supervision for new graduates.
  • Working with a diverse caseload to gain exposure across a range of clients and occupational therapy supports, and later opportunities to shape caseloads to your passions and interests.
  • Working with our leadership team to create and drive exceptional service delivery with a focus on TRUE people outcomes. We encourage our team members to continually innovate and shape service delivery with the sole intention to improve our clients’ lives, improve the clients’ overall experience of therapy, and provide high-quality OT without unnecessary constraints
  • Working collaboratively with a team of equally passionate Allied Health and community-based professionals, including our Your Journey team members
  • Learning new and honing existing skills. We take an active approach to learning so that you develop your clinical expertise, grow personally and build the career you want
  • Looking after your wellbeing, for example, attending a Goal Setting masterclass with Olympic Coach John Quinn or a funded Pilates class at the on-site gym

What will you bring?

We are always growing, learning and adapting so you will be a life-long learner with a drive to see high-impact outcomes in people's lives. You will also have:
