About Finance
Our Finance Teams are trusted partners of the business and enable NAB to deliver on our strategic ambition. We provide financial insights and specialist advice to support decision making, through our expertise and data-led analysis.
Weโre responsible for NAB Groupโs strategy, driving business performance, financial forecasting and analysis, balance sheet management, tax compliance, financial and regulatory reporting, financial control and accounting, and investor relations. Through our Strategy and Innovation teams, we are responsible for shaping and executing the future ambitions of our organisation, and through our Treasury teams we are also responsible the management of NABโs liquidity, capital, funding and balance sheet.
Weโre not looking for your traditional Finance graduate. Weโre looking for Finance graduates of the future. Curious graduates that are highly analytical, enjoy process improvement and are passionate about making the complex simple. Graduates who want to develop their financial analysis and accounting skills to play a core role in the transformation of how we do Finance at NAB.

We do a number of different rotations within Business Banking. At the moment I am supporting the Relationship Associates
My role is to run Early Careers programs and acquire Talent for the bank. I also attend external careers expo's and help to deliver graduate training and development programs.
