Opportunity Expired
As a Graduate at Origin you will be part of a team playing a critical role in powering our future and supporting the energy transition as a leading gas producer for Australian and international markets. Beginning in February 2025, you'll embark on a transformative three-year journey, marked by hands-on learning, role rotations, comprehensive training, mentorship, and exclusive development prospects, shaping your career trajectory.
You’ll be empowered to work in a variety of roles across the business in both site and office-based environments, providing a strong technical foundation and experiences outside of your core discipline.
During the program, you'll receive personalised support to reach your goals, including daily coaching, participation in a formal mentoring program, guidance from a graduate buddy, comprehensive technical training, and various professional development opportunities. Our smaller graduate cohorts ensure a tailored experience, paving the way for long-term career prospects across multiple fields.
