The Role

We are currently seeking dental technicians to join our esteemed finishing team. In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in enhancing patient oral health by fabricating fixed and removable prostheses and implants. By constructing exceptional dental hardware, you will directly contribute to improving the quality of life for our valued patients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implementing dental prescriptions and ensuring the highest quality control standards are met in constructing prostheses
• Skillfully polishing and hand-finishing dental appliances, ensuring their perfection before they are placed in the patient's mouth
• Collaborating with our experts to determine the design of cutting-edge dental products
• Utilizing polishing tools to achieve flawlessly smooth surfaces for prosthetic metals
• Maintaining accurate documentation through our state-of-the-art computer system, including reports, logs, and records
• Taking ownership of customer and operational issues, working towards continuous improvement
• Prioritizing safety by identifying and addressing risks and hazards appropriately

Your Profile

We value professionals who thrive in a supportive team environment, bringing their expertise and dedication to every task. To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• 12 months or more experience in the dental industry within a similar environment preferred
• An excellent understanding of dental anatomy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to establish rapport with team members and customers
• Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change and assist in the introduction of new systems and technologies
• A Diploma in dental technology or a similar field
