What the role looks like:

They are seeking a full-time Qualified Butcher to join the busy team at their facility in Moorabbin for evening shifts. Your focus will be on preparing quality products for their retail stores in preparation for sale to their retail customers.

• Preparation of products in a temperature-controlled environment including cutting, trimming and slicing
• Maintaining general department cleanliness
• Compliance with all relevant legislation, including Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety
• Uphold and maintain uniform standards

Applicants must have:

• Australian Certificate ||| in Meat Processing or working towards completion
• Qualified Butcher Committed to learning their products and being able to handle working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who prides themselves on detail
