Your role

Internally known as the "Clopine Services Coordinator", this role involves providing support to healthcare professionals across Australia and New Zealand ensuring protocol compliance, quality of service, and data integrity. The individual is responsible for the management and delivery of a monitoring system, ClopineCentral™, for patients receiving Clopine®.

About you

If you also have the following attributes, then they encourage you to apply:

• Bachelor of Applied Science, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy or similar (e.g. registered nurse, pharmacist or other allied health qualification)
• Strong and sincere customer orientation with an emphasis on patient care
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills – both written and verbal (particularly dealing with telephone enquires)
• Proven experience working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who have worked in Med Info, Drug Safety or as a pharmacist will be highly regarded.
• Ability to work within strict time frames and able to meet deadlines
