Prime Financial team is growing at an exceptional rate which brings with it a wealth of opportunity. In this role, you will be a key member of the Melbourne team providing valuable support and exceptional client service.  

Duties include:

• Being the first point of contact to meet and greet clients and visitors
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Managing and distributing all incoming mail, outgoing mail, and couriers 
• Travel management and bookings
• Assisting with the coordination of office-based events
• Playing a pivotal role in working with Leaders in bringing the team together
• Ordering stationery & kitchen supplies
• Other tasks as required
