Position Description
The responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Reception duties (answering phone calls, handling mail, booking appointments, filing etc)
- Assisting a team of Estimators in preparing and distributing quotes
- Maintaining tenders, jobs and quote registers
- Lodging and obtaining a variety of permits through local councils and building surveyors
- Preparing documentations including, SWMS, schedules, demolition management plans, site plans, traffic management plans etc
- General office and kitchen clean up and maintenance
- Assisting Accounts Receivable and Payable if required
- Other adhoc duties as directed by Management and the Financial Controller
To be successful in this role, ideally, you will possess the following:
- An excellent phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the Building industry (preferable but not essential)
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Intermediate MS Office skills - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Previous Accounts Receivable and Debt Collection experience

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
