Human Resources Project Assistant (Start ASAP)

We have a great positive culture with a wonderful and committed team of 15 people working flexibly. 

We are seeking someone to assist with an important client project from 15th May to 30th June (could extend for the right person).  Ideally, 5 days per week, but we could be flexible on that. The work can be completed remotely from home.

Your role would be to help manage student applications as part of a high-volume internship campaign, including matching employers with shortlists of students, booking interviews, and finalising placements. 

You will be trained on the process and have support as needed from your manager and other team members working on the project.

You must be a highly organised person with good attention to detail and strong time & data management skills, as this project is fast-paced. This role will be client and student-facing, so a polished, professional manner is important.  Some experience in similar work would be advantageous, but a background in excellent customer service management and delivery is essential.
