About the Chassis Systems Control team
Bosch Australia’s Chassis Systems Control team is responsible for the development of hardware and software systems that improve vehicle safety and agility for mostly automotive customers. Their customer base is globally having engineered projects and solutions for Europe, North/South America, China, Japan, Malaysia, Korea, and Australia. Alongside the eBikes team are introducing more and more people around the world to eBiking. With electric power assistance, cycling is more relaxing - enabling you to travel longer distances, more flexibly, all while protecting the environment. Your role
- Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Admin Trainee to work across their eBike & Chassis Systems Control departments for 12 months commencing 2023 whilst completing a business certificate.
You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of the Bosch team that will put you on the right path for your future Administration or Personal/Executive Assistant career. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with them include:
- Supporting Marketing and promotional activities, incl. event planning and material creation.
- Supporting existing Office Co-ordinator and Executive Assistant with administration including the booking of travel, accommodation, verification of expenses, and Health/Well-being activities.
- Assisting in purchasing activities, incl. creating purchase orders.
- Supporting the coordination and facilitation of onsite and external events.
- Supporting management team and associates with other departmental requirements.
