As a leading IoT provider, Bosch offers innovative solutions for smart homes, Industry 4.0, and connected mobility.

Your role

The Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) department is a leader in the design and development of special-purpose equipment and machinery. The team combines a passion for solving complex engineering challenges with unmatched expertise in supporting the manufacture of a wide and diverse industry base with their purpose-built machines. Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Solutions Engineering Student to join the BAMS Department on a full-time basis for 12 months commencing July 2023.

You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of the BAMS team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include:

  • Assist in the development of solution components including drawings, simulations, process descriptions and costings.
  • Contribute to the solution development in a timely manner in collaboration with the sales, engineering and project management teams.
  • Assist the sales team to capture, collate and articulate client inputs and requirements.
  • Prepare handover information for the engineering team for successful opportunities.
  • Support the cost calculation process for solution proposals.
  • Support Trade Show organisational and logistics activities.

You will find opportunities to develop your expertise and broaden your tertiary studies. A strong support network will smooth your entry into working life: your supervisor and other team members will be there to help you succeed!
