Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and presentations
  • Collaborate with the design team on conceptual designs and project proposals
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Assist with research on materials, building codes, and industry trends
  • Support the development of 3D models and renderings
  • Prepare project documentation and reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Prepare key marketing material

Successful Candidate Must Have:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from one of the following:
  • Bachelor of Architectural Design
  • Master of Architecture
  • Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural)
  • Strong proficiency in the following software:
  • ArchiCAD
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design

Preferred, but not mandatory:

  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles
  • Experience with software's (Notion, Motion, and Framer)
  • Web design knowledge
