Your role

ServiceNow is searching for students who are interested in learning, growing, and making a significant contribution early in their careers. The company offers internship opportunities in a variety of marketing fields.

Successful Candidates will be involved in many of the activities below for the Executive Marketing team:

  • Support the Executive Marketing marketers in managing campaign setup and marketing activity plan processes to operationalize the marketing programs
  • Ensure that marketing programs are running properly, and lead flow is accurately credited for each customer, check pacing to be sure they are on track with their marketing plans. 
  • Assist the marketers in curating content for marketing campaigns, interlock with global and APAC extended teams for content needs
  • Work with the digital marketing team on curating content for digital campaigns including reviewing the relevant content, identifying campaign objectives, supporting reporting needs for performance reviews, and building promotional programs via social media.

Training & development

Students will have the opportunity to work on important projects that directly affect the company and its clients. In addition to gaining relevant on-the-job experience, students will have numerous chances to participate in learning workshops and engaging sessions designed to further their professional development and expand their networks.

About you

To be considered for this role, you are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited University pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or a similar field 
  • Expected to graduate in 2025 Nov/Dec to 2026 June/July period
  • Available for 8 weeks internship from Nov to Dec
  • A quick, yet thoughtful decision maker who knows when to ask questions, when to act, when to escalate, and when to ask for help
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented, detailed, and organized with ability to manage time and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Passion for storytelling and identifying trends
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
