Position Description: Are you currently a 3rd-year apprentice in Parks and Gardens, passionate about horticulture, and eager to learn and progress within a supportive company? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Garden Maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance and mentorship of our team of Qualified Horticulturists.
• Complete your apprenticeship and TAFE training while gaining practical experience.
• Develop the necessary skills to transition into a Team Leader role, including the use of a fully-maintained company vehicle.

Key Duties:

• Lawn mowing
• Plant pruning
• Hedge trimming
• Fertilisation treatments
• Planting
• Mulching garden beds

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a 3rd-year apprenticeship in Parks and Gardens.
• Passion for horticulture and gardening.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
