Your role

Join Stanbroke for a comprehensive 12-month, quarterly rotational Graduate Program designed to provide hands-on experience across various departments, including Human Resources (HR), Quality Assurance (QA), Value Add, and the Production Office. This program aims to develop your skills and prepare you for a leadership role within the company.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Human Resources: Recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance.
  • Quality Assurance: Food safety, HACCP/ISO compliance, product testing, quality control, continuous improvement.
  • Value Add: Product development, market research, packaging, cost optimization, project management.
  • Production Office: Production planning, inventory management, supply chain coordination, efficiency optimisation, and reporting.

About you

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You graduated in 2023 or you will graduate by December 2024.
  • You are available to start in January 2025 (we can be flexible).
  • You are eager to learn and take on new challenges, you should be adaptable and open to gaining knowledge across various departments.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with colleagues, mentors, and stakeholders effectively.
  • You are a team player: Collaboration is key at Stanbroke. You should work well within a team, support your peers, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • You are willing to relocate if needed.
  • You are an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work visa.
