Responsibilities:

• Legal Research: Assist the legal team with legal research tasks, including case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Disclosure Support: Provide support in organizing and managing legal disclosures, including document preparation and filing.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed by the legal team.
• Reception Coverage: Cover the reception desk during office hours (8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.), including managing phone calls, greeting clients, and handling general inquiries.

• Legal Knowledge: A basic understanding of legal concepts and research methods is preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Schedule Flexibility: The position offers flexible working hours, with 1-2 days per week commitment. Reception coverage is required during regular office hours.
