About TeamKids

The Opportunities

We have opportunities for passionate Educators to join our team on a permanent full-time basis (Directors of Service), permanent part-time (2IC or Educator) and casual (Educator) basis.  

During term time, our casual shifts are generally between the hours of (there is some variation depending on the program size & contract):

Before School Care - 7:00am to 9:00am, Monday - Friday
After School Care - 3:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday - Friday

Or you might just want to join us for the School Holidays, and that's ok too! We have longer days available during the holiday programs.

As a valued member of the TeamKids family, you will:

• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our care
• Assist in the planning and preparation of exciting and innovative activities that enrich the lives of the children in our care
• Cultivate a welcoming and nurturing environment
• Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
• Prepare nutritious food and maintain a clean environment
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in our care

About You

We are looking for a confident, energetic candidate who has highly polished communication skills and is able relate to a wide range of stakeholders, from preppies, parents, or even the school principal.

You'll also:

• Have a genuine passion for, and experience working with children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and happiness.
• Be a great team player, always enthusiastic about helping the team achieve the highest quality service
• Be innovative - you show initiative by presenting new ideas and solving problems as they arise.
• You love to have FUN!
