Your role

This is an excellent opportunity to join Tesla as the Property Intern, providing critical support to Tesla's dynamic team whilst learning a wide range of skills across Facilities, Real Estate, and Design and Construction.

In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for general administrative duties and daily processing of operational tasks. In addition, you will be involved in assisting with various critical tasks and projects when required. This role will give an energetic, motivated and enthusiastic individual wanting to establish a career within Tesla a solid foundation for growth with applicable learnt skills and industry knowledge.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide support with administration relating to the Facilities, Real Estate & Leasing and Design & Construction; ensuring all documentation is up to date, submitting purchase orders, invoicing generation, and supporting system updates.
  • Assist with data entry, analysis and monitoring
  • Learn how to create and maintain day-to-day stakeholder relationships 
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines
  • Additional ad-hoc duties will be required in addition to the normal workload

About you

What You’ll Bring:

  • Looking to pursue a career within a Property or Design & Construction related area. Ideally, you will be studying or have studied a related subject.
  • Able to take on the role full-time for a 6-month period (fixed-term contract)
  • Flexible approach to work and a 'can do attitude
  • Able to operate effectively in and comfortable working in a very fast-moving, developing and constantly changing company
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to quickly develop strong and positive working relationships across all levels and functions
  • Self-starter that takes initiative and ownership of tasks, with an organized and focused approach
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
