Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and process customer orders
• Issue invoices and dispatch labels
• Prepare sales runs for our Sales Representatives
• Proactively contact customers in preparation for visits by our Sales Representatives
• Follow up on customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Undertake additional tasks as required

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, with previous experience in the dental industry highly regarded, though not mandatory
• A customer focused individual with a professional yet approachable demeanour
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive and collaborative team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Competent computer literacy skills, proficient in Word and Excel. Familiarity with MYOB is beneficial but not necessary, as training will be provided
