Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and process customer orders
- Issue invoices and dispatch labels
- Prepare sales runs for our Sales Representatives
- Proactively contact customers in preparation for visits by our Sales Representatives
- Follow up on customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Undertake additional tasks as required
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, with previous experience in the dental industry highly regarded, though not mandatory
- A customer focused individual with a professional yet approachable demeanour
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Competent computer literacy skills, proficient in Word and Excel. Familiarity with MYOB is beneficial but not necessary, as training will be provided
