Position Description
Your role
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing service and maintenance of IVF equipment in laboratories and clinics across Australia, but also traveling around the world if necessary.
- You will carry out installations, as well as preventative maintenance and breakdown repair work of incubation systems with timelapse.

Education and background:
- An electronics technician or similar, with an understanding of precision&mechanical equipment
- Network/IT experience
- Network configuration
- General OS knowledge
- Experience with repairing compact equipment - e.g., from hospitals, and other medical equipment, such as incubators, microscopes, and camera systems
- Sense of accuracy and quality in your work.
- Ability to work independently
- Incl. handling your own storage, ensuring you have the parts needed for your visits.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible, self-motivated, extremely productive, and organized.
- Full driving license.
- Home/work location is preferable in West Melbourne, VIC 3003.
- Willing to travel extensively in Australia and the world (Travel expenses reimbursed according to ATO guidelines)
Benefits:
- Salary based upon experience, but starting at $55-65k AUD per annum plus KPI and bonus potential (3 additional months maximum)
- Minimum 2 weeks training required in Time-Lapse HQ = Aarhus, Denmark
