Your role

Volkswagen Group Australia is looking for a Marketing Intern to join the Audi Australia team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in a well-established organisation. You will need to be able to work autonomously with a friendly, motivated and proactive attitude. 

This role will support a variety of functions within the Audi Australia brand that include:

  • Daily and monthly media monitoring and coverage reporting for senior management.
  • Provide comprehensive support for press launches, including media monitoring and reporting.
  • Media Relations: Production/distribution of press materials.
  • Assist in internal communications by creating engaging content, and newsletters, and managing the intranet/dealer portal.
  • Assist team with briefing events, event management, sourcing quotes, logistics and post-event analysis.
  • Assist team with partnership analysis, reporting and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the digital agency to enhance CRM communications, website updates, and reporting.
  • Streamline the management of shared inboxes for improved efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Aid the team in managing storage, tracking inventory, and coordinating the delivery of items for dealer and Audi Australia events.
  • Support the team with budget management, setting up meetings, taking minutes etc.
  • Assist in coordinating vehicle fleets, including organising transport, applying decals and providing on-site management

About you

To succeed in this role, candidates will need to possess the following:

  • University degree
  • Available to work full-time (37.5 hours each week) for a period of 12 months
  • Able to excel in a corporate environment, through strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Have excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and seek out constructive feedback
  • Be a team player, punctual, reliable and empathetic
