Your role

The main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the shipping specialist with weekly updates of the vehicle accessibility report. This report provides details on vessel arrival volumes and ETA data by brand, port of departure, and port of arrival.  
  • Support the shipping specialist with the admin task of vessel processing 
  • Supporting dealer enquiries for all brands using Salesforce 
  • Ensure all dealer ETA’s are as accurate as possible. Run reports to uncover eta anomalies. Study ETA system parameters to ensure they are providing the most precise outcomes.
  • Support the quality specialist and quality coordinator with insurance submissions for all vehicle damage claims.
  • General support across the whole supply chain process for vehicle shipments

About you

To succeed in this role, candidates will need to possess the following:

  • Recent graduate or currently completing a bachelor's degree in a business and/or supply chain-related discipline.
  • Able to commit to full-time hours (37.5 hours) for 12 months
