We are committed to supporting enthusiastic candidates looking to establish and advance their careers within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Attend a comprehensive 2-week, unpaid training course (full-time).
- Followed by 6 months of on-site, fully paid supervision and training.
- Upon qualification, take charge of your own projects as an External Cladding Installer.
- Execute cladding installations in the Melbourne metro area.
- Receive assistance with business setup and bookkeeping.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.

- A strong commitment to building a career in construction.
- Willingness to complete training and on-site supervision.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
