Key duties & responsibilities

  • Reception duties (Majority of calls received are related to this position)
  • Creation of participant service agreements and service cost estimates. 
  • Monitoring services delivered against invoiced services and agreed terms and performing follow-up, as required
  • Accounts payable and receivable  
  • Debtors follow up 
  • Maintaining accurate Rostering and billing information  
  • Assisting with End of Month process 
  • File and records administration  
  • Providing high-level customer service, both internally and externally 
  • Maintaining accurate records in internal and external data systems
  • Provide administrative support to the senior management team

Our ideal candidate should

  • Have attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Have a passion for customer service in a polite and courteous manner 
  • Have a can-do and flexible attitude
  • Ability to prioritise several competing priorities
  • Be an effective communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills 
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge about the NDIS would be an advantage

Would be an Advantage

  • Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent  
  • Experience with an accounting package like MYOB, Xero etc   
  • Exposure to a client management package like Supportability would be an advantage

You will need the following

  • Medicare issued Covid-19 Vaccination certificates including booster
  • Full Victorian Drivers Licence
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • Rights to work in Australia
