The work hour flexibility is great. You have the option to work from home for a day. You can do RDO and start early to finish early.

Though we have set working hours, managers are usually flexible with reasonable changes in the start/finish time. Working from home arrangement is quite helpful. However, as a graduate, work from home option depends upon the team we are in.

My work hours are typically 37.5 hours per week, with 7.5 hours each day. The company offers flexibility in terms of hours, allowing employees to adjust their schedules as needed. Additionally, we have the option to work from home, which helps maintain a good work-life balance. This flexibility is highly appreciated, as it enables us to manage our personal commitments while still meeting project deadlines.

At Western Power, the work hours are fairly flexible, allowing for a good balance between professional and personal commitments. Employees are expected to clock in 37.5 hours per week, but there is flexibility in how these hours are distributed across the week. For instance, if you work fewer hours on one day, you can make up the remaining hours on another day. Additionally, the company provides flexibility in start and finish times, which helps manage workloads and accommodates personal needs. This flexibility contributes to a relaxed atmosphere, enabling productivity while allowing employees the freedom to adjust their schedules when necessary.

In office for 8.5 hours every day, (a full 1 hour break)- though 7.5 hours with 30 min break would be better. (was allowed to move hours earlier 8-430 which is very good). The rest of the team is very flexible but probationary employees (6months) can't realise them. A little discouraging when most of the team besides you is in office less (with wfh too)

Unable to WFH for the first 3 months Flexible in start and finish times between the hours of 6am-6pm. Mandatory unpaid lunch breaks that apparently can't be taken in the last half hour of a shift i.e. can't finish work half hour early instead of having a lunch break.

Work/life balance is excellent at Western Power. They have a strict fatigue management policy which prioritises the staff members' wellbeing over work requirements. They are also very flexible with working hours and start/finish times as long as the work gets done.

5 days a week, can choose work hours so long as it's between 6am and 6pm and you complete the required hours throughout the week. Flexibility to do more hours one day, and less on another. Generally allowed 2 work from home days which are decided early.

It's very flexible. I am able to start and end when it suits me, as long as I complete my required number of hours. If you need to go to an appointment, team leaders typically allow you to shift your hours around to accommodate you.
