What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I believe the pay is a great representation of my role in the company
Graduate, Adelaide - 01 Aug 2024
As I am a casual employee I have no experienced too much to do with bonuses however the pay is sufficent.
Undergraduate, Adelaide - 31 Jul 2024
From what I've heard, they're alright. I think the pay is abit on the lower end but I think that is a symptom of grads in the accounting/consulting profession. The calculation of bonuses sounds complex and from what I've heard, they are quite low proportionate to income and additional hours worked above the standard hours.
Graduate, Sydney - 29 Jul 2024
I think they're reasonable and slightly above the average for others in my position.
Graduate, Sydney - 29 Jul 2024
I believe my pay is very fair but the current financial climate we live in can make most wages difficult to live off.
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Jul 2024
It's always nice to be paid more, but I understand that for our size we can't have as large comparative wages to other bigger firms. I feel as if the bonuses I've received so far (sign-on bonus) is fair as well, I haven't heard of any end of year bonuses yet.
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Jul 2024
I am not overly concerned with my pay as a graduate but I am satisfied to say that it is competitive compared to relative companies that I have interviewed with.

Graduate, Sydney - 18 Feb 2023
Pay is lower than desired. Not much knowledge of bonuses but believe they're small.
Graduate, Sydney - 17 Feb 2023
In line with the accounting industry, usually we are still learning at the beginning which makes pay more understandable.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 14 Feb 2023
Starts low but after the first full year at the company as a Graduate, there are consistent pay increases every 6 months until you become a Senior Accountant upon completing your CA.
Graduate, MELBOURNE - 14 Feb 2023
The pay could do with a bit of a rise.
Graduate, Victoria - 14 Feb 2023
We only get paid monthly which is not great. It would be better if we were paid fortnightly.
Graduate, Sydney - 14 Feb 2023
I think the pay is fine.
Graduate, Parramatta - 13 Feb 2023
The pay at the lower levels is quite low but it is understandable considering the level of experience candidates at this level have
