They are very flexible with my work hours, they work around my uni timetable
Graduate, Adelaide - 01 Aug 2024
A good balance between work and life - we're expected to complete 37.5hrs and after-hours work is limited only to busy season (though recently I have stayed back more than usual to get projects out to clients with deadlines). Work from home is at a teams-level, so our team has a 1-day from home policy.

Very flexible. Able to work from home if need be and I'm in the office from 8:30 to 5. Rarely stay past 5 unless I arrive late. Can leave early if I arrive early. Main thing is that 7.5 hours worked a day, the timing and place is very flexible. I come in 5 days a week because I prefer being able to engage with my colleagues and also they're at my beck and call if I need assistance with anything (which is very often).

I work standard full-time hours. Outside of the probationary period which is quite limiting William Buck is very flexible with working arrangements.

I need to hit 37.5 a week across 5 days, however I can't WFH yet. I think the only way it could become more flexible is if there was an option of a 9-day fortnight that your team could work around if they wanted to implement it.

My work has been very flexible with my working hours. In general, my normal working day sees 7.5 hours of work, either client or internal, and a 1 hour lunchbreak. I am excited to pass my 6-month probation as the firm also offers 2-days of WFH per week, which will greatly assist in reducing commute costs and increase the efficiency of my work.

Being a grad means no flexibility to work from home till after the probation period. Will be more flexible once the probation period is over.
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Jul 2024
My company is understanding of the fact that I am still studying so I cannot work 5 days a week. I would personally like to be in the office more but I can't due to my studies, which is not a fault of the company.

Very flexible, I am able to start at whichever (reasonable) hour I like. My manager is also really understanding when it comes to having appointments, annual leave, sick leave etc which makes life much easier and is really appreciated, especially as someone new to full time work.

Very flexible. 37.5 hours standard

William Buck is relatively flexible. We work 8.5 hours per day with an hour break, flexibility to start anytime between 8:30 and 9 then finish between 5-5:30. We work from home 2 days a week - but we dont have any flexibility with the days - we have the choice to work from home on our non-team days
Graduate, Melbourne - 17 Aug 2023
Very flexible, which is necessary for an office job.

Good flexibility. Being able to WFH 2 days and 3 days in the office provides the best balance.
