As a Business Analyst, your core responsibilities are:
- Focusing on the efficient and professional delivery of work, in accordance with Worrells processes and systems and in compliance with the relevant regulatory standards, in a manner consistent with Worrell's values
- Proactively undertaking next steps in all ongoing matters whilst providing guidance to more junior team members.
- Identifying issues and proposing recommendations for consideration by Supervisor, Manager and Principal in all ongoing matters.
- Working as part of a team carrying out tasks to achieve a beneficial result for all stakeholders whilst developing an ability to operate independently without constant instruction and supervision.
- You will also be given the opportunity to join project teams to help the business achieve its strategic vision, whilst developing your own insolvency skills.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:
- A degree in Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
- Prior insolvency experience of 12 months or more with a sound knowledge and application of general insolvency principals.
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of IT systems as our office is paperless
- An intention to complete or commencement of the CA/CPA Program
